Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations

At Arknet Couriers, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the delivery charge.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Important: Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched or no-shows will be charged the full delivery fee.

Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule rather than cancel:

• Rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the delivery charge.

Refunds

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Repeated Cancellations

Arknet Couriers reserves the right to refuse future bookings in cases of repeated cancellations or no-shows.
